Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Toaster Crumpets.
I love a little toaster crumpet topped with some peanut butter and mashed banana! They are actually fairly easy to make and don't take long at all, you only need to leave the yeast for 20 minutes to activate. I tend to make these in a big batch, freeze the rest and when I want one I put it straight in the toaster on the defrost setting.
