Preheat the oven to 160 oC
Grease a bundt cake pan or 8" round cake tin
Place the flour in a large bowl and stir in the ground cinamon and brown sugar
Rub in the dairy free spread until it resembles breadcrumbs
Stir in the chopped apples, sultanas, beaten egg and toffee apple cider
Pour into the cake tin and bake for 90 minutes
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes
Remove from the tin and allow to cool completely
Dust with icing sugar prior to serving
