Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for this delicious Gluten & Dairy Free Salted Caramel Mocha.
I’m a bit of a coffee addict now - my favourite (and most used) kitchen gadget is definitely my coffee machine. I also love just chilling out in a nice cafe at the weekend and taking a couple of hours to myself to work on my website.
Thank you for all the kind comments I received when I shared my recipe for dairy free pumpkin spiced hot chocolate. A few of you got in touch and asked me to share some new hot drink recipes as the weather gets colder. One of my favourite specialist coffees is this salted caramel mocha.
A big benefit of making this type of coffee yourself is you can absolutely customise it to how sweet you prefer it. I do have a sweet tooth but even for me a lot of these types of drinks are just too syrupy. You can also easily omit the salt from this recipe if you aren’t a fan of that flavour combination.

A dairy free coffee flavoured with chocolate and salted caramel
Place the caramel sauce, chocolate syrup and salt in a mug
Add in the espresso and stir well
Heat the milk with an automatic frother or heat then blitz in a blender until foamy
Pour into the coffee cup
Top with an extra drizzle of caramel sauce, marshmallows, cocoa powder and dairy free cream
