Hello everyone, my latest recipe is for Gluten and Dairy Free Lemon and Chilli Stir Fry Sauce.

I regularly have stir fry with rice noodles, chicken and vegetables. Unfortunately quite a few stir fry sauces either have gluten or dairy in them. I've developed a few recipes for easy sauces that can be put together quickly. This one is based around fresh lemon juice and a good pinch of chilli flakes.

Ingredients
  • 185 ml vegetable stock
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a small pan and bring to the boil, stirring until the sauce has thickened.

  2. Serve with your favourite stir fry ingredients
