Preheat the oven to 180 oC
Line an 8" square cake tin with baking parchment
Stir the melted dairy free spread and brown sugar together
Whisk in the egg and vailla extract
Fold in the flour and pour into the cake tin
Make the cinnamon swirl by stirring together the melted dairy free spread, brown sugar and cinnamon
Swirl through the cake batter
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
Allow to cool and then cut into bars
