Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Banana Cream Pie.
I'm used to baking cakes, cookies and desserts for other people. I usually make them for big family dinners, taking to friends or into work. Unfortunately none of these things are happening right now so I'm trying to bake in much smaller batches.
I scaled this recipe down and just made a couple of individual tarts which is all that was needed. The recipe will make one large pie or 4-6 individual pies depending on the size of your flan tins.

Grease a 6” flan tin or 6 individual flan cases
Place the caster sugar and flour in a bowl
Rub the dairy free into the flour mix and stir in the water
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or 10 minutes if making individual pies
