Ingredients
  • 150 grams gluten free pasta (cooked according to the packet)
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • of chilli flakes
  • 1 chicken breast (diced into small cubes)
  • 2 smoked bacon (chopped into small pieces)
  • 1/4 broccoli head (cut into small pieces)
  • 100 milliliters dairy free cream
  • 80 milliliters dairy free milk
  • 2 dairy free cheese (grated)
  • 1 oregano
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
  1. Place the olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  2. Add in the chicken, garlic, chilli, onion, broccoli, smoked bacon
  3. Stir fry for 8 minutes
  4. Pour in the dairy free cream and milk
  5. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Stir in the dairy free cheese and oregano
  7. Cook for a couple of minutes
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Stir through the pasta
  10. Serve
