Ingredients

smoked bacon
(cubed)

onion
(finely diced)

garlic cloves
(minced)

tin of chopped tomatoes

oregano

tsp
smoked paprika

ham stock

tsp
sugar
salt and pepper for seasoning

gluten free pasta
(cooked per instructions on the packet)
Instructions

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat

Add the smoked bacon and cook for 5 minutes

Add the onion and garlic and cook for a further 5 minutes

Stir in the chopped tomatoes, oregano, paprika, ham stock and sugar

Bring to the boil and simmer until the sauce has reduced and thickened

Season with salt and pepper

Stir through the cooked pasta

I served mine with some grated dairy free cheese and fresh herbs on top
