Ingredients
    For the Steaks:
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • For the Chips:
  • 4 large potatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • For the Coleslaw:
  • 1/2 onion (finely sliced)
  • 1/4 small white cabbage (finely shredded)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 3 tbsp dairy free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
    For the Chips:
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 oC
  2. Wash the potatoes an peel the potatoes
  3. Slice into chips
  4. Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper
  5. Spread out on a baking sheet
  6. Cook on the top shelf of the oven for 20 minutes, turn halfway through cooking
  7. For the Steaks:
  8. Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  9. Heat up a grill or frying pan on a medium heat
  10. Add the steaks and cook for about 3 minutes on each side (for medium)
  11. Remove from the heat and allow to sit for about 5-7 minutes before serving
  12. For the Coleslaw:
  13. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl
  14. Mix well and serve with the steaks
