Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Grease a 9" bundt tin or round cake tin

Beat together the dairy free spread and caster sugar

Whisk in the eggs one at a time

Stir in the mashed bananas, flour, mixed spice and sultanas

Pour into the cake tin

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes

Remove from the oven and cake tin

Allow to cool completely before dusting with icing sugar
