gluten free smoked chicken sausages
(sliced)

of chilli flakes

large handfuls of spinach

garlic cloves

dairy free cream

dairy free cheese

gluten free pasta
salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions

Cook the gluten free pasta per the instructions on the packet and set aside

Add the olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat

Stir in the sausage, chilli flakes, garlic, paprika, basil, onion and pepper

Saute for 5 minutes

Stir in the cherry tomatoes and spinach

Cook for a couple of minutes

Stir in the single cream and bring to the boil

Turn down to a simmer and stir in the grated cheese

Season with salt and pepper

Stir through the cooked pasta
