- 50 grams dairy free spread
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 olive oil
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 100 grams gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1 fresh sage (chopped)
- salt and pepper (for seasoning)
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Place the dairy free spread and olive oil in a large shallow pan over a medium heat
- Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes or until soft
- Add in the breadcrumbs, sage and season with salt and pepper
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes
- Press into a small casserole dish
- Cover with tinfoil and bake for 20 minutes
- Remove the tinfoil and bake for a further 10 minutes
- Serve with your roast dinner
