Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Place the dairy free spread and olive oil in a large shallow pan over a medium heat

Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes or until soft

Add in the breadcrumbs, sage and season with salt and pepper

Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes

Press into a small casserole dish

Cover with tinfoil and bake for 20 minutes

Remove the tinfoil and bake for a further 10 minutes

Serve with your roast dinner
