Perfect Roast Potatoes (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Ingredients

kg
peeled hand halved potatoes
(I used King Edwards)

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
salt
1
tsp
paprika
1
tsp
rosemary
Instructions

Fill a large saucepan with water and the salt

Bring to the boil and then add in the potatoes

Par boil the potatoes for 10 minutes

Drain away the water and return the potatoes to the saucepan for 1 minute to get rid of any moisture

Preheat the oven to 200 oC

Place the potatoes, olive oil, salt, paprika and rosemary in a bowl and mix until combined

Place on baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Turn the potatoes and return to the oven for another 20 minutes or until crisp and golden
