Preheat the oven to 180 oC, grease and line a 900g loaf tin
Beat together the eggs, caster sugar, dairy free milk and natural yoghurt
Fold in the flour, vanilla, chopped strawberries and spoon into the loaf tin
Bake for 50 minutes
Remove from the loaf tin and allow to cool before frosting
Make the frosting by beating together the icing sugar and dairy free spread until light and fluffy
Puree the mango in a blender and add 1-2 tablespoons into the frosting
Spread on top of the cooled loaf cake and top with fresh strawberries
