Beat the dairy free spread and caster sugar until light and fluffy
2 Beat in the eggs and milk
3 Stir in the flour
4 Divide the dough into 12 balls
5 Flatten slightly into donut shapes
6 Heat some oil in a high sided pan until it reaches 180 oC
7 Cook for a couple of minutes on each side
8 Alternatively you can bake these donuts for 12 minutes at 180 oC
9 Toss in caster sugar
10 Make a small hole in the side of each donut and pipe in some jam
