A creamy pasta bake packed full of chicken and vegetables
Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet and set aside
Add the olive oil to a pan over a medium heat
Add in the garlic, chilli and chicken
Sauté for 5 minutes
Add in the onion, peppers, broccoli and mushrooms
Sauté for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Pour in the cream and season to taste
Cook for a couple of minutes
Stir in 50g of the dairy free cheese
Heat the grill to high
Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce
Pour into a large casserole dish and top with the rest of the grated cheese
Grill for a couple of minutes
Serve topped with some fresh basil
