Hello everyone, welcome to my latest receipt for the delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Pear and Almond Smoothie.

I'm so excited - I've finally had my haircut after almost 6 months.  I usually have a short asymmetric bob so six months of no hair cuts has felt like I've had a totally different style.  Anyway I'm back to my usual style and very grateful - I'm now thinking some purple highlights might be nice.

This smoothie recipe is a delicious combination of almond milk and fresh pears with a little pinch of cinnamon.  I've added in some gluten free oats to make this a bit more substantial.  If you can't tolerate the oats then you can remove them and use a little bit less milk if you want a thicker smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 2 pears (peeled and diced)
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 20 g gluten free oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender
  2. Blitz until smooth
  3. Pour into one large or two small glasses
