  • 225 grams caster sugar
  • 155 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 90 grams treacle
  • 260 grams gluten free plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 80 grams dairy free white chocolate (roughly chopped)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the one to 180 oC
  2. Whisk together the caster sugar, oil, egg and treacle
  3. Stir in the gluten free flour, baking soda, cinnamon and white chocolate
  4. Place dollops of the mixture on a lined baking sheet
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
