- 225 grams caster sugar
- 155 milliliters vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 90 grams treacle
- 260 grams gluten free plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 80 grams dairy free white chocolate (roughly chopped)
- Preheat the one to 180 oC
- Whisk together the caster sugar, oil, egg and treacle
- Stir in the gluten free flour, baking soda, cinnamon and white chocolate
- Place dollops of the mixture on a lined baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes
