Description

Ingredients
  • 80 mg warm water
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp dried active yeast
  • 140 g gluten free plain flour
  • pinch salt
  • 15 g dairy free spread
  • 1 tbsp dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl stir together the sugar, yeast and water, leave for 5 minutes.  Add the flour, salt, dairy free spread and yoghurt.

  2. Knead by hand for about 5 minutes.  Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to rise for 45 minutes.

  3. Knead gently then divide into 2 balls.  Drizzle a little olive oil in a frying pan and cook the naan breads for about 3 minutes on each side on a high heat.

  4. I served them hot with a little dairy free spread melted on top and sprinkled with coriander leaves
