Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Place the dairy free spread and golden syrup in a small saucepan and melt over a medium heat

Place the flour, sugar, cinnamon and ginger in a large bowl

Mix until well combined

Pour in the syrup mix and stir until a smooth dough is formed

Divide the dough into 8 balls and place on a baking sheet and flatten into discs

Bake in the oven for 12 minutes

Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely before enjoying with a cup of tea!
