Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for  Gluten and Dairy Free Flourless Chewy Chocolate Cookies.

These cookies are soft and chewy but more importantly they are naturally dairy and gluten free. A great recipe to use up your left over egg whites if you've just made the gluten and dairy free ravioli recipe in the previous post!
