Ingredients
For the cupcakes:

For the frosting:

dairy free spread

icing sugar
sprinkle of ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Beat together the caster sugar and the dairy free spread until light

and fluffy

Add the three eggs individually, beating well between each addition

Add in the flour, cocoa, baking powder and cinnamon

Mix until well combined

Line a muffin tin with paper cases

Place one tablespoon of the cupcake mix into each of the cases

Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool before icing

To make the frosting beat the butter and icing sugar together until light and fluffy

Pipe onto the top of the cupcakes and sprinkle on a little ground cinnamon
