Ingredients
For the cake:

dairy free spread

caster sugar

ground cinnamon

gluten free self raising flour

dairy free dark chocolate

pistachio nuts
For the topping:

icing sugar

dairy free spread

tbsp
ground pistachio nuts

tbsp
grated dairy free chocolate
sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160 oC

Grease and line an 8" by 8" square cake tin

Beat together the dairy free spread and caster sugar

Beat in the eggs one at a time

StirĀ in the flour and ground cinnamon

Blitz the chocolate and pistachio nuts in a blender or chop into tiny pieces

Stir in the pistachio and chocolate mix

Pour into a cake tin and bake for 40 minutes

Remove from the oven and cake tin and allow to cool completely before frosting

Beat together the icing sugar and dairy free spread until light and fluffy

Spread on top of the cake and top with the ground pistachios, grated chocolate and cinnamon
