Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Melt the golden syrup and the dairy free spread together in a small pan or in the microwave

In a large bowl place the flour, sugar and oats

Stir in the melted spread and syrup

Stir until well combined

Divide into 8 balls

Place on a lined baking sheet

Flatten into discs

Bake for 18 minutes

Allow to cool completely

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave

Dip the biscuits into the chocolate

Place on a sheet of baking parchment and allow the chocolate to set
