- 230 grams fresh (ripe tomatoes)
- 400 grams tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- black pepper (to taste)
Toppings:
- handful of dairy free cheese
- any other toppings you wish (the choice is endless!)
