Ingredients
  • 110 grams Dairy Free Spread
  • 110 grams Caster Sugar
  • 100 grams Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 190 grams Gluten Free Plain Flour
  • 35 grams Ground Almonds
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Cream the dairy free spread and sugar together until light and fluffy, about three minutes
  3. Add the eggs, beating well between each addition
  4. Mash the bananas and add to the mixing bowl
  5. Spoon in the peanut butter
  6. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well
  7. Stir in the chocolate chips
  8. Line a 1lb loaf tin with baking parchment or oiled well
  9. Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes
  10. Remove from the tin and leave to cool on a rack for an hour before slicing
