sprinkle of chilli flakes
Instructions

Cook the oven chips according to the instructions on the packet

In a shallow pan, over a medium heat, cook the sausages and peppers for about 8 minutes

Place the chips into a heat-proof serving bowl

Top with the sausages, peppers and grated cheese
5
Return to the oven for 5 minutes

Top with the mayo, spring onions and chilli flakes
