- 82 g gluten free self raising flour
- 30 g gluten and dairy free cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 15 g ground almonds
For the chocolate buttercream:
- 125 g dairy free butter
- 50 g gluten and dairy free cocoa powder
- 200 g icing sugar
