Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Spiced Red Pear Bircher Muesli.

I'm a big fan of breakfast recipes that you can prepare the night before!  This bircher muesli is very similar to overnight oats.  I had a red pear in the fruit bowl that needed using up but you can add in any fruit you like.  It will also last for a couple of days in an air tight tub in the fridge.

Ingredients
  • 50 grams gluten free oats
  • 50 grams sultanas
  • 20 grams cashew nuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mixed spice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 100 milliliters dairy free milk
  • 1 red pear (grated)
Instructions
  1. Place the oats, sultanas, cashew nuts and mixed spice in a bowl
  2. Stir in the honey, milk and grated pear
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Chill in the fridge overnight
