Raspberry Float (Gluten & Dairy Free)

raspberry float

Welcome to my latest recipe for this fun Gluten and Dairy Free Raspberry Float.

It’s been a busy couple of days with both Eva (my niece) and I having our birthday celebrations.  The weather was good on Thursday so we went to the zoo as a birthday treat.  Eva is 2 years old and developing her talking - my favourite description she had for the meerkat was ‘the squirrel rabbit’.

I still enjoy the occasional cola float - I refuse to grow up.  I’ve made an alternative version with pink lemonade, raspberries and dairy free ice cream.  A super simple recipe but good fun to make for both kids and adults.
