Pitta Breads (Gluten & Dairy Free)

pitta bread

Hello everyone, welcome to my leftest post and recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Pitta Breads.

This recipe is super simple to make and only takes 20 minutes to rise. The pitta breads are light and fluffy, they are perfect cut in half and stuffed with your choice of sandwich filler.

I also used this pitta recipe as part of my chicken souvlaki dish. Lovely Greek chicken kebabs served with cucumber and mint dip goes perfectly with the bread recipe.
