Morning everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for this delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Mocha Smoothie.

I made this recipe absolutely ages ago  - I’m talking last summer. I typed it up but for some odd reason never got round to sharing it with you guys.

For my regular followers you will know I’m a fan of my coffee in the morning.  This is a bit like a cross between an iced latte and a smoothie. Best of all it only takes a few minutes to make so is perfect for a busy morning.

Ingredients
  • 250 milliliters dairy free milk
  • 70 milliliters cold brew
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free oats
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
