Welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Kale, Mango & Chia Seed Smoothie.

like a good green smoothie as much as the next person but I hate it when although they taste fine but the mix of ingredients end up a murky brown rather than the vibrant green I had pictured.  Luckily this mix of ingredients tastes, and looks great.

This smoothie is:

  • refreshing
  • nutritious
  • green
  • a break from all the cake I eat

  • large handful of kale
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 mango
  • 250 milliliters apple juice
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Pour over some crushed ice and enjoy
