dairy free spread

soft brown sugar

golden syrup

peanut butter
(I used crunchy)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Line a 6" square tin

Place the dairy free spread, brown sugar, syrup and peanut butter in a small saucepan

Cook over a low to medium heat until melted and well combined

Pour into a large bowl and stir in the oats

Press into the tin and bake for 25 minutes

Allow to cool for 10 minutes then make into bars

Leave to cool completely in the tin

Drizzle the melted chocolate on top
