- 230 g gluten free self raising flour
- 115 g caster sugar
- 115 g dairy free spread
- 115 g apple (peeled, cored and cubed)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 tbsp dairy free milk
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- In a large bowl combine the flour and cinnamon
- Rub in the dairy free spread
- Stir in the sugar and apple pieces
- Add the egg and milk to form a sticky dough
- Divide the mixture into 6 buns and place on a baking sheet
- Bake in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving
