Gluten & Dairy Free French bread Pizza

A blast from the past - delicious pizzas made from crusty baguettes

  • 2 gluten Free half baguettes
  • 70 g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomatoe puree
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • pinch sugar
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 4 tbsp dairy free cheese grated


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Cut the baguettes open lengthways and place on a baking sheet
  • Bake in the oven for 5 minutes
  • Make the pizza sauce by blending together the chopped tomatoes, tomatoes purée, garlic, oregano, basil and sugar
  • Season to taste
  • Spread on the part baked bread
  • Top with the dairy free cheese
  • Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden
