Gluten and Dairy Free Cajun Prawns

Spicy cajun prawns served with cooling avocado and tortilla chips for dipping.

  • 150 grams prawns cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 cherry tomatoes finely diced
  • 60 grams tortilla chips


  • Mash the avocado until smooth 
  • Stir in the lime juice, garlic, tomatoes and season with salt and pepper
  • Spoon into two small bowls
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Add the prawns, cajun spice and season with salt and pepper
  • Cook for a couple of minutes
  • Serve the prawns with the avocado and tortilla chips
