Gluten & Dairy Free Apple Berry Breakfast Granola Crumble

A healthier take on traditional crumble made with fresh berries, apple and granola

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 apple peeled, cored and diced
  • 75 g mixed berries
  • 50 g gluten free granola


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Toss the apple and berries in the lemon juice and cinnamon
  • Divide between two small ramekins
  • Top with the granola
  • Place some tinfoil on top of the ramekins, this stops the granola from getting too crisp
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
