Gluten & Dairy Free One Pot Sausage & Pepper Pasta

A creamy tomato pasta dish with smoked sausage and peppers all made in one pot

  • 150 g gluten free smoked sausages sliced
  • 1 pepper diced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 150 g gluten free pasta
  • 250 ml passata
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 50 ml dairy free milk
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free cheese grated
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Pour a drizzle of olive oil to a medium sized saucepan
  • Place on a medium heat
  • Add in sausages, pepper, onion and garlic
  • Sauté for 5 minutesAdd in the pasta, passata, water, oregano and seasoning
  • Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked
  • Stir in the dairy free milk and cheese, cook for a couple of minutes and then serve
