I feel like I’ve had a bit of an over indulgent few weeks of eating. First I was on holiday to Germany and food a cake shop that did amazing gluten and dairy free gateaux so needless to say I could be found hanging around in there most days.
Then my buddy that loves food as much as I do visited for a few days and we did a good amount of eating out, takeaways and snacking.
To try and make up for that I’m going to go back to having a homemade smoothie for my morning snack at work all of next week. I’ve kick started it with my Gluten and Dairy Free Don’t Be Blue Be Cherry Smoothie.
This delicious smoothie has a base of apple juice with cherries, blueberries and banana. I’ve also added in a good handful of spinach so you can get your greens without realising. I’m still like a child that way – you have to hide my vegetables to get me to eat them.
