Gluten and Dairy Free Apple & Pomegranate Porridge

Serves 1


  • 50g gluten free porridge oats
  • 350ml water or dairy free milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and grated
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds


  1. Mix the oats, milk or water, grated apple and honey in a small saucepan
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the pomegranate seeds and a little more grated apple
  4. Serve immediately

Gluten and Dairy Free Mango and Blueberry Oatmeal

  • 90g gluten free porridge oats
  • 235ml dairy free milk
  • 235ml water
  • 2 tablespoons agave or honey
  • 1 mango, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon raspberries
  • sprinkle of ground cinnamon


  1. Place the porridge oats, milk, water and agave/honey in a saucepan
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes
  3. Chop the raspberries into small pieces and stir through the porridge
  4. Split between 2 bowls and top with the mango, blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon
