It is has been another busy week with a quick trip down to London with work in the middle of the week. For a fast breakfast on the go when I’m out and about, I’m loving the little breakfast pots that seem to be everywhere just now. Quite a lot of them are naturally gluten and dairy free which is brilliant. My favourites are the Pret pot (poached egg, beans and sausage) and Leon’s (poached eggs, avocado and smoked salmon). I’m going to have a go at making some of these myself for taking to work to eat for breakfast.
Today’s recipe is for these delicious Brazilian BBQ kebabs. Tender beef marinated in paprika, garlic and oregano served with crispy potatoes and a green salad. It doesn’t take long to prepare and would make a perfect midweek dinner.
