Tonight’s recipe is for these delicious chocolate salted caramel cupcakes. They actually have a bit of a sad story attached to them though. I made them for a work buddy but unfortunately he was off sick – so not only was he sick on his birthday but he missed out on the cake as we ate them all.
You can adjust the salt in the caramel sauce to suit your own tastebuds and if you are not needing the cakes to be gluten free you can make these recipe easier by using shop bought caramel sauce.
