Gluten and Dairy Free Toffee Apple Cheesecake

Hello Everyone

With Halloween and Bonfire Night so close together I feel like I’ve been doing a lot of seasonal recipes and I have to start thinking about some new Christmas recipes soon!

This is one of three recipes that would be perfect for Bonfire night – the other two are a Hot Mulled Apple drink and a Brownie S’mores Pie, they will be posted within the next couple of days.

I used Scheese, dairy free cream cheese, which I purchased in Holland and Barrett to make this cheesecake.

This recipe is:

  • Smooth and creamy
  • Spiced caramel apples
  • Sticky Toffee Sauce
  • Perfect for a Bonfire Night treat
