Gluten, Dairy and Yeast Free Peanut Butter Choc Chip Donuts

Quick and easy to make donuts – no waiting around for the yeast to activate. Rather than mix the peanut butter and chocolate chips through the donut I decided to use them as a topping. You can either fry or bake this donut recipe.





  1. Beat the dairy free spread and caster sugar until light and fluffy
  2. Beat in the eggs and milk
  3. Stir in the flour and xanthan gum
  4. Roll out to a few centimetres thick and cut out 12 circles
  5. Use a smaller cutter to make a hole in the middle
  6. Heat some oil in a high sided pan until it reaches 180 oC
  7. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side
  8. Alternatively you can bake these donuts for 12 minutes at 180 oC
  9. Top with the peanut butter and sprinkle on some chocolate chips
