Gluten and Dairy Free Tikka Turkey Burgers

A little spin on the traditional burger, I’ve made this with turkey mince seasoned with curry style spices. i served it with mango chutney which compliments it perfectly.




  • 400g lean Turkey mince
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 pepper, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaf

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Shape into two large burgers
  3. Cook in a shallow pan for about 8 minutes on each side
  4. Alternatively bake in the oven at 180 oC for 20-25 minutes
  5. Serve on a gluten free bun with mango chutney and rocket
