Gluten and Dairy Free Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce

This stir fry sauce works well with gluten free noodles with chicken and vegetables.


  • 140ml vegetable stock
  • 70ml gluten free soy sauce
  • 70ml rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes


  1. Heat the ingredients in a small pan, stirring until well combined
  2. Serve with your favourite stir fry ingredients
