Gluten and Dairy Free Sundried Tomato Alfredo Pasta

  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta over the instructions on the packet
  2. Add the dairy free spread, garlic and onion to a shallow pan over a medium heat
  3. Saute for 5 minutes
  4. Add the cream and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Mix in the basil, dairy free cheese and sundried tomatoes
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Stir the sauce through the pasta and serve immediately
