Gluten and Dairy Free Rocky Road Chocolate Bars

Tired of plain chocolate as the only option as a dairy free alternative, make your own chocolate bars with a variety of toppings


  • 200g dairy free dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon dairy free caramel sauce, optional (try my recipe here)
  • handful of nuts, marshmallows and dried fruit


  1. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl over a pan of hot water or in the microwave
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into a small shallow traybake tin
  3. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the melted chocolate
  4. Scatter on the nuts, marshmallows and dried fruit
  5. Allow to set in the fridge
