Gluten and Dairy Free Raspberry & Goji Berry Chia Seed Jam

Description

I was in a cafe where they served chia seed blackberry jam with my waffles. I added it to my to do list to try and make when I got back home from my trip. I had some goji berries in the cupboard I had been wanting to use up so I decided to make raspberry and goji berry jam. The fresh fruity flavour of this makes it great with loads of things – I used it with waffles, in an ice-cream sundae and with some yoghurt and granola for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 250g raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 25g dried goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method

  1. Place the raspberries, honey, goji berries and chia seeds in a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. You can store in the fridge for a week
